（1）If the goods you purchased appeared damaged, please provide a clear picture of damaged parts, production lot number and packaging to our customer service staff, contact the sales department for identification.
（2）If you meet the maintenance conditions, we will contact the relevant service point for your repair.
（3）If you do not meet the maintenance conditions, we can deal with you by means of accessories. (For more details, please refer to the supplement)
The following is the agreed terms of free maintenance
（1）During the warranty period, in accordance with the instructions for use under normal circumstances can be a free warranty. Please get the original (or photocopies) of repairing goods and maintenance certificate and the original (or photocopy) of sales voucher to the dealer or send to our company for free repair, but the cost of repairing the goods is not covered by the maintenance guarantee.
（2）During the warranty period, the following conditions must be repaired as a fee:
a.Cannot provide maintenance certificate and valid sales voucher;
b.The failure and damage caused by the use of errors and improper repair;
c.The failure or damage caused by the transport, moving, dropping after the purchase;
d.The failure and damage causes by other unavoidable external factor;
e.The damage caused by improper use resulting that equipment into the water or other solution;
f.Damage caused by the use of power supplies and voltages other than those specified.
（3）In the warranty period in accordance with the conditions agreed to free repair.
（4）Product appearance, consumables and accessories are not covered under warranty.
（5）The above warranty only, without any other express or implied warranty (Including marketability, rationality and adaptation of a particular application etc. implied warranty). The Company is not responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages, whether in contract, civil negligence, or otherwise.
Because some of the products are bulky items, there may be some minor damage during transit. Please cooperate with the following work, to facilitate DEAR to provide you with free parts service:
After receiving the goods please keep the product packaging, until you confirm that there is no problem to be solved. ( When factory in replenishment, they need to provide the production lot number and a clear picture of damaged parts. If you throw away the packaging before the problem is solved, you may not be able to replenish it.)
