2.Quality assurance measures
（1）Quality system guarantee
DEAR pursuits of the most authentic voice all the time. We insist on quality first, in the production process strictly comply accordance with the state and industry relevant requirements. We have set up a quality system according to the standards and compiled various quality management documents so that the entire process of production has a "law" to be followed, which plays a guarantee role in product quality.
Based on the product standards and process documents, we have made relevant control measures for the key processes, such as leak detection, packaging and other processes to implement full inspection.
（3）Inspection technology guarantee
We have well-equipped production workshop, anechoic room, audition room. We have a first-class technicians, sound engineers and inspectors to ensure the perfect product shipped.
（1）DEAR goods sold are genuine and issued a formal invoice. With DEAR invoice, all products can enjoy the manufacturer's Genius service or designated service providers UNPROFOR services. Dear will be strictly in accordance with the national Three Guarantees policy, to perform obligations for the good's warranty, replacement and return.
（2）If meet the following criteria, the goods can be applied for return within 7 days from the date of arrival of the goods (the actual receipt date, can be applied for replacement within 15 days, the customer can submit online refund / replacement or contact with the DEAR call center for refund / replacement matters:
1）Functional fault stipulated by the National Three Guarantees policy: Specified by the manufacturer or authorized service center identification test confirmed that the fault is true and issued a test report.
2）Arrival opening box damage or out of the box missing parts: Out-of-box damage means damage, leakage, breakage during shipping, performance problems found prior to installation and use. Out of the box lack of goods refers to the lack original accessories of goods when out of the box.
When the product is delivered, the delivery staff will ask you to check the machine on the spot. If found opening box missing or open missing parts on the spot, delivery staff will drag the goods back to directly apply for refund / replacement. If not on-site inspect machine, after delivery personnel left, found out of the box missing or missing pieces, please provide a valid certificate, and after-sales staff to verify the situation is true (the period may require logistics personnel to prove or ask you to provide Physical photos, etc., so that after-sales staff quickly make judgments and promptly processed), for your refund / replacement.
3）Unused goods and the packaging is not damaged, keep the original quality of the Dear original sale, does not affect the secondary sales, you can apply for return and indicate the reason (non quality problems returned / replacement postage required Buyer at their own expense). The following situation is considered to affect the secondary sales:
a.Seal the original product packaging open;
b.Product packaging damaged, the lost of product accessories, manuals, warranty sheets, labels and so on;
c.Product power, plug the slot has been used.
4）Customers need to ensure that goods and accessories, incidental goods or gifts, warranty card, "Three Guarantees" vouchers, invoices complete. If the complete sets of products, some have quality problems, when applying for refund / replacement, must provide complete sets of goods.
（3）After the replacement, the goods are expected to be stored within 1 week. Within 1-2 working days after the goods are put in storage, DEAR staff will arrange a replacement service for you.
>Not refund / replacement of the situation
The following conditions are not within the scope of refund / replacement:
（1）Any non-DEAR sold goods (serial number does not match);
（2）Over the insurance products (Overdue the "Three guarantees"warranty);
（3）Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, into the liquid, accident, alteration, improper installation and other non-normal use and custody, that caused the quality problems of the goods, or torn, altered the stickers, machine number, security mark;
（4）The missing or altered of the goods’ "Three guarantees" voucher, invoice;
（5）Seal the original product packaging to open (such as a one-time seal or tape seal was opened);
（6）Goods have been used, and not the quality of the product itself, such as: compatibility issues, for the color, appearance, shape is not satisfied, the normal wear and tear of goods and other issues.
